2022 Kids Camp Sessions Registration

The High Hook Kids Fishing Camp sessions will be open for registration mid January. Sessions will start at the end of June and run though mid August. We will be running the same schedule as past years, where kids will get either two morning and one afternoon session, or two afternoon and one morning session. This past season we had over 160 kids sign up throughout the summer with a lot of fish being caught on each trip. In late July, we ran a Bluefin tuna kids camp session where we hooked up on a tuna and fought it for nearly three hours. The kids all jumped on the rod taking turns for the first hour before they all got tired. Capt Willie jumped on the rod and fought it for almost two hours. We had the fish 4o feet from the boat for 30 minutes before the line snapped on us. We estimated the fish to be over 800 pounds as we saw it multiple times throughout the fight.
