Get In On The Bluefin Action

Last year was insane for giant Bluefin tuna in our area. We had a span of twelve trips in a row getting giant tuna. Most the fish were in the range of 500 - 700 pounds. They showed up mid July and hung around until early December, before they pushed South to the Gulf or over to the Mediterranean.

We did get a good run with the smaller fish as well (under 73"). They showed up out East in huge numbers with massive feeds on the surface. This size fish is great for stand up gear where it lets you experience the true strength these fish have.
